Grievance & Resolution

At MediBoost Pharmacy, we pride ourselves on our endeavour to provide the best possible service and healthcare, the epitome of our ethos. However, there may be on rare occasion, possibly due to unforeseen circumstances where something may not have gone to plan and we encourage you to bring this to our attention. Not only will this allow us, as an organisation to improve our service but to also assure you as customer, have been listened to. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48-72 hours and aim to resolve it within 10-14 days of receipt. It is possible however, this may be exceeded (investigative purposes) but we will always keep you informed of your grievance’s progress. As part of our ethos and core belief, you can be assured we will try our hardest in resolving your grievance but in the very unlikely instant where we are not able to resolve the matter, we are regulated by our body, the GPHC, and you can forward your feedback to them directly at the following address.
