What happens if I am not in when my order is delivered?

If your order has been delivered by special delivery or by recommended recorded delivery, a signature will be required to complete the delivery of your package. If you are unable to sign for your delivery, the items may be returned to your local designated depot, left with a neighbour or in safe place depending on whether that has been stipulated on the delivery options. If you do not collect your items from the designated depot, they will be returned to MediBoost Pharmacy and we may charge for the re-delivery.

How is my order delivered?

Your order will be delivered in either a cardboard box or appropriate packaging to ensure its safety in transit and will have a strip of our personalised company branded tape across the top. Depending on the size and contents of your order your order or stock availability, it may be delivered in batches but we will inform you of this prior.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

We aim to replenish our stock levels daily but if the item you’re looking for is currently unavailable, our Customer Services team will provide an estimate on when the item will be in stock and therefore be able to deliver or recommend an alternative. How long does it take to process a refund?

We aim to process your refund within 24 hours of receiving the goods from you. Please note, however it can take up to 30 days to receive the refund via the original payment method. To read more, please visit our full returns policy.

Will I have a receipt for my order?

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an email confirming the details of your transaction, including the order number and the items purchased. Your package will include a copy of your receipt.

Can I amend an existing order?

If you would like to amend or cancel your order please contact our Customer services team in the first instance on 01924 694776 or via our contact page. Please note, unfortunately we are unable to add any additional items to your order once it has been placed and ready for dispatch.

Why do I have to register?

In order to shop with us you will need to create an account. We are a registered online pharmacy and therefore we are bound by law to follow the guidelines set out in the Responsible Pharmacy Act of 2008. This enforces us to maintain accurate and concise customer profile records that are managed and secured within our website. All data is stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act and the current GDPR guidleines and will only be viewed by our pharmacist when necessary for the dispatch of an order. Your Rights remain unaffected.
