Canesten 1% Cream (50g) provides external treatment for fungal infections in fungal nappy rashes in children. It contains 1% of the active ingredient Clotrimazole which promotes a healthy pH balance and reduces thrush symptoms of itching and burning.
Canesten 1% Cream contains:
Clotrimazole 500mg (1% w/w). It also contains benzyl alcohol, polysorbate 60, sorbitan stearate, cetyl palmitate, cetostearyl alcohol, octydodecanol and purified water.
Cautions whilst using Canesten 1% Cream:
If symptoms persist see your doctor. Do not use if you are pregnant, trying for a baby or breast feeding. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking any medicine other than the contraceptive pill and if you are aged under 16 or over 60.
