Returns & Refunds

Our refunds policy is consistent that all items must be in a re-saleable condition i.e. undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached.

Goods can be returned to us by post at the address below.

We reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are not returned within 14 days of delivery – this is a cooling off period put in place to put your mind at ease.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for the following unless they are damaged or faulty, please also note that list is not exhaustive:

  • Perishable items (e.g food, baby milk etc)
  • Unsealed items with a protective seal due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
  • Medicinal products or services that are either dispensed or purchased on private prescription.
  • Cosmetics
  • Unsealed products or items that are worn next to the skin or hair

Please note, this does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.


We reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are returned that are not in re-saleable condition. Goods returned in an unsatisfactory and not in a re-saleable condition may be returned to you at your expense.

Items bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer will be refunded the full price of the item minus any discount given in the offer. If all the items purchased are returned with the multi-buy discount then a full refund with the full multi-buy value will be applicable.


Once you’ve notified our Customer Care team about returning your items, please arrange postage to:

Unfortunately, we’re unable to cover the costs of returning your items and cannot be liable for any damages incurred during transit. Please ensure they are properly secured and packaged and we’d recommend sending all returns via a recorded delivery service (or gaining proof of postage) as we are not able to take liability of any parcels damaged or lost in the post. In the event there was an error in dispatch on our part, we will cover the cost of any postage costs incurred


Your refund parcel should contain:

The item(s) you purchased that you wish to return in their original condition.

The original delivery note with the returns section fully completed, clearly stating which item(s) you are returning and the reasons why you are returning the goods.


Once you’ve cancelled the contract of purchasing an item(s), please note that you now have a legal ‘duty of care’ to keep the items in a good re-saleable condition and return them at your expense. We are entitled legally to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss of revenue in the value of goods supplied which may be upto the full value of the purchase, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2014, We will refund you the full amount paid for the goods within 14 days of receipt of the notice of cancellation.
