Terms And Conditions

Remedyx UK Ltd our licensed pharmacy t/a MediBoost Pharmacy, prescribes via a
PGD linked with Pharmadoctor and dispenses your order. It’s very important that you
provide us with accurate health information, that you use the medication as directed,
and that you notify your GP about any new prescriptions you’re using (including
anything you get from Remedyx UK Ltd and our Pharmacy MediBoost Pharmacy). Our
Pharmacy aims to prescribe and dispense orders within 24 hours on weekdays, but
please be patient if they can’t always meet these guidelines. Orders are not
cancellable, and medications are not returnable, so please double check everything
before placing your order!


If you wish to purchase any medications from our Site, you will first have to register. By
registering with MediBoost Pharmacy, you warrant that the personal data that you are
required to provide as a patient is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects.
You agree not to register more than once, that you will not register or complete
questionnaires on behalf of anyone other than yourself, that you will comply with any
instructions given for each prescribed medicine, and that you will notify your primary
care provider about any new prescriptions written for you, or changes to existing
prescriptions. You agree to update your registration details promptly if they change by
emailing support@mediboost.co.uk


We use third party service providers to verify your identity so as to ensure that you are
a genuine patient. By registering with us and purchasing a medication, you agree the
appointed third-party service provider and/or any of their appointed agents can carry
out all necessary searches, including searches of consumer credit records, in order to
verify your information; and that you have read the third party service provider
privacy policy and you agree to all your personal data being processed in accordance
with the service provider’s privacy policy.


The clinicians we engage are registered in the United Kingdom with the General
Pharmaceutical Council and each hold accredited pharmacist independent prescriber
qualifications. The clinicians are trained in providing remote consultations and issuing
prescription medicine online and are individually responsible for the prescriptions they
issue. Unless we notify you otherwise at the time of purchase, any pharmacy medicines
we dispense are sold and supplied to you by our Pharmacy MediBoost Pharmacy (the
β€œPharmacyβ€œ) operated by Remedyx Uk Ltd whose registered trading address is Unit 66,
Annexe 4, Technology Drive with company number 05902734 and registered with the
General Pharmaceutical Council with number 9012495. Email:

By clicking on the registration numbers above, you are able to verify the pharmacy’s
registration and our Superintendent Pharmacists information. You are also able to
check the pharmacy registration on the GPHC website.


When you order a pharmacy medication from PharmaDoctor, we will provide the
Pharmacy with your questionnaire answers, and a registered pharmacist will dispense
the medication or be in touch via email or phone based on your answers with follow-up
questions. Please note that the contract for the sale of pharmacy medicines will be
between you and our Pharmacy. It is at the discretion of our prescribers to accept or
decline an order based on their medical assessment of your completed questionnaire.
If it is determined by the prescriber that it is not clinically appropriate to prescribe the
requested medicine, you will be notified and a refund will be issued to you within ten
working days. Any complaints around the prescription order should be discussed with
the Pharmacy and/or manufacturer of the medication.


Upon receipt of your completed questionnaire and payment, our Pharmacy’s
prescribers aim to respond within 24 hours on weekdays, and 48 hours on weekends.
Please note that these timelines are only a guideline and cannot always be guaranteed.
You agree to us commencing an assessment of your clinical suitability for medicines
when you place the order and you will have no legal right to cancel your order under
applicable consumer protection legislation, including, to the extent applicable, The
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and The Consumer
Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Under certain limited circumstances, we may, using our sole discretion and considering
the circumstances, consider a cancellation request, however please note that this is
entirely at our discretion and orders are typically not refundable.


MediBoost Pharmacy weight loss plans which include a prescription medication are
billed monthly on a rolling subscription, to ensure patients do not experience a gap in
treatment. You are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time, however please
note that once payment is taken, orders are immediately sent to the pharmacy and
therefore cannot be cancelled or refunded. You will be notified of upcoming payments

well in advance of payment being taken. We reserve the right to change the price of
our monthly subscription, and will communicate any changes to subscription pricing to
you via email. Please note that having a subscription does not guarantee that a
prescription will be written, as all prescriptions are individually evaluated by a licensed
prescriber for suitability, and our pharmacy partner reserves the right to reject orders.
In the case of a rejected order, you will be refunded any amount paid for undelivered
medication.


We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the dispensed
medicine is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon
as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event.
We sometimes offer β€˜pre-order’ of medications for patients who would like to be
guaranteed stock availability. Please note that pre-orders will be dispensed in the
order they were received, and we cannot guarantee a specific day delivery for pre-
orders.


We cannot accept any medicine returned to us. However, should you, at your own cost,
wish to return unwanted medicine to our Pharmacy, we will facilitate the destruction
thereof in accordance with applicable regulations. Please contact us should you intend
to return any unwanted medicines.


You will ensure that no one other than yourself has access to any medicines that we
make available to you and you will ensure that any medicines prescribed in advance of
need are not used beyond their expiry date. You will inform us if you have any side
effects from the medications.


By registering on our Site, you acknowledge and agree that MediBoost Pharmacy may
archive your electronic patient records including your personal information,
communication and treatments for a minimum of 8 years following the last
consultation. Please see our Privacy Policy for further information.

1. Introduction

1.1. These terms of sale (Supply Terms) outline the agreement under which we
provide products to you through our website (Site).


1.2. By purchasing from our Site, you acknowledge your acceptance of these Supply
Terms and agree to adhere to them.


1.3. We encourage you to read these Supply Terms carefully before placing an order to
understand our practices and your agreement with us fully.


1.4. If you disagree with these Supply Terms, you should refrain from making
purchases on our Site.

3. Use of Your Personal Information
3.1. Your personal information is used to process your order, review medical
information for prescription medicines, supply products, process payments, and, if
consented, to inform you about similar products. You can opt-out of receiving such
information at any time.


3.2. Our Privacy Policy details how we process personal data you provide. By ordering
products, you consent to this processing, affirming the accuracy of the data you
provide.


4. Ordering and Consultation Process


4.1. We confirm receipt of your order after placement. Prescription Medicines:


4.2. Prescription medicines are provided on a subscription basis.


4.3. Clinicians review your medical information to determine treatmentΒ appropriateness, issuing prescriptions if deemed suitable. Payment is taken upon
treatment plan acceptance.


4.4. Prescriptions are sent electronically to our pharmacy for dispensing.


4.5. Should further information be required, your response is needed within 10 days;
otherwise, your order will be cancelled without charge. Non-Prescription Products:


4.7. Non-prescription product orders will be confirmed via message. An online
consultation is not required.


4.8. Orders may be declined for various reasons, including clinical appropriateness or
stock availability. Full refunds will be issued for declined orders.


4.9. Refunds are processed within 10 working days.


4.10. Delivery is limited to the UK. We are not liable for any onward transport by
customers or third parties.


5. Subscription for Prescription MedicinesSubscriptions require no minimum purchase, with charges applied upon order approval
and monthly thereafter, following the recommended titration dose increase every 4
weeks. Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime from the user portal, with no further
charges after cancellation notice. Prices of medicines vary depending on the strength
purchased. Prices are subject to change.


6. Our Service

6.3. It is your responsibility to follow the provided product information and guidelines.
Misuse is at your own risk.


6.4. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if significant side effects occur.


6.5. Some medicines may be supplied in non-original packaging to aid compliance,
potentially affecting shelf life.


7. Making Changes to Your Order
If you wish to change your order, contact us to discuss the possibility and any resulting
changes to your order details.


8. Delivery and Service Provision
Delivery charges and times are specified during the order process. You agree to non-
signature deliveries and acknowledge the potential for delivery without direct receipt.

9. Your Rights to End the Contract
Your rights to end the contract vary based on the product type, any issues with it, and
the timing of the cancellation. Prescription medicines cannot be returned for safety
reasons. Non-medicinal product returns are subject to a 14-day change-of-mind
period, excluding sealed items not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons
if unsealed after delivery.


10. Ending the Contract
To end the contract, email us at support@mediboost.co.uk Products must be returned
or collected as instructed, with costs covered by us in specific circumstances.


11. Our Rights to End the Contract
We may end the contract for reasons including non-payment or failure to allow
product delivery or collection.


12. Issues with the Service
If there's a problem with a product, contact us at support@mediboost.co.uk We are
legally obliged to supply products that meet the contract terms.


13. Price and Payment The price of products (including VAT) and payment methods are specified whenΒ placing your order. We ensure price accuracy but will notify you of any errors beforeΒ proceeding.


14. Our Liability
We are not liable for business losses, only supplying products for private use. Our
liability is limited to the price of products ordered, excluding circumstances where it
would be unlawful to limit or exclude liability.


15. Communication
We will communicate with you electronically, complying with legal requirements for
written communications.

16. Additional Terms
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms. These terms are
governed by English law, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts
or courts of the EU country where you reside.


Alternative dispute resolution is available if you are unhappy with how we handled a
complaint.
